I think there might be an issue in the theme (or maybe it’s just me).

We I use Numbered Pagination in Blog settings, the >> link on the bottom of the blog generate a URL like

http://whateverblogurlweuse.com/page/2/, instead of

http://whateverblogurlweuse.com/blog/page/2/

http://oi61.tinypic.com/dcdgg2.jpg

It also happends with << link, to go back on pagination

Please check this step if it is correct;
Settings > Readings > Post page > Blog
And you website is not online yet so i am not able to check the codes. Could you disable your plugins and try it again and let me know if it is online.
