    I choose Oliver style in the theme customizer (there it is named: theblogger), and all loads – except the black lines above and below the menu.

    How do I manage these lines?

    Hi,
    The lines should come automatically. Could you provide me your related url, please? I will check your menu part.
    Thanks

    Also, lines around “footer subscribe” mailchimp form doesn’t appear.

    Hi, Have you encountered any errors during installation?
    The style does not appear in the css folder. Please try to delete it and install the theme again.
    The css code below will solve the problem, but make sure you load it correctly for future styles.

    .is-menu-bar .menu-wrap {
        border-style: solid;
        border-color: #333;
        border-width: 8px 0 2px;
    }

    Thanks

    Installation was succesful. Just ran it once more – delete -> re-install.

    It seems as if the “theblogger” styling is an incomplete version of the Oliver style.

    – I can find and load the entire styling by using “Import Demo Data” in the back-end. However, it seems like the wrong way to go about it.

    Hi,
    I am not talking about the demo content, I mentioned the styling css files which are coming with the theme files. By the way, you have three newsletter plugins in the footer. Please check it out.
    You need to deactivate your theme in the “Appearance > Themes” section by simply activating a different theme. Once you activate a different theme, you can delete your theme. Don’t worry, your content will not be lost. (The translation files are located under languages folder in the theme folder.)
    Then simply upload the new theme file in the “Appearance > Themes” section.
    Once it uploads, choose to activate the theme.
    Thanks

    Hi again

    I have done what you suggested, and tried a clean reinstall of everything (wordpress and theme, 1.7.1.), and “Oliver” still doesn’t appear among the other pre-defined styles.

    Is it a problem with the theme download?

    I am having the exact same issue with this theme, also labeled as “theblogger” on mine. I emailed my credentials last night. Did you find a resolution for this?

    Hi, sorry it is not available by default and it requires more time and effort to customization, if you are not familiar to coding you may consider hiring an expert at wpkraken.io .

    Hi,

    I have the same issue with my Oliver theme. Have clean re-installed the theme twice now, but the lines above and below the menu do not appear. I am assuming there is missing css as you mentioned above. Has this been resolved somehow? Thx.
