I just bought your theme and am already having problems unfortunately.

I tried the One Click Demo Import and got this error:

Import Failed
Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.

Error: error (500)

Obviously, this is really upsetting. Please help me.

also i’m trying to install over an old site. (latest wp version but old and maybe issues?) do you think just wiping for a fresh install would solve it?

I can see that some of your values are below the recommended values. If the problem persists, you can share your wp admin information with me in the private content box below. Also take all your backups. I can format your website and upload the demo content you want from scratch.

thanks so much for the reply. :) Yeah.. I see in the site health they are under the recomemnded values. Will that actually stop it working? Do I need to get in touch with the hosting and ask them to increase the values?

I’ll back up the site, but this is a very old site that the guy wants re-doing from scatch, so formatting it wont be a problem. If I can get back to you on that, that would be wonderful.

Hi, Could you please download and install the latest theme version from your ThemeForest account?
I am not authorized to access your ThemeForest account and install the latest version theme. It is recommended to install the licensed version registered in your name. Otherwise, it will prolong the process for me to get the latest version from the developer and install it.
When the theme is installed, I will quickly install the demo for you.

Just one stupid question… how do I change the “2024 JASON HERTZ – ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.” text in the footer? The Elementer wont access that on the page, and I can’t find it. I’m sure it’s really basic.

Also one more question:

can you tell me how to change the top video on the home page? i can’t find anything in the documentation, and elementor doesn’t seem to access it either. I searched for videos in ‘media’ and there aren’t any. I see the jpeg that is related to the video, but no videos or anywhere i can change the link. Obviously it has to be there but I can’t find it. Sorry.

Hi,
Please go to appearance > customize > site identity > text logo font. You can customize the text logo font in this section.
Also if you go to appeance > customize > general > fonts > you can customize the heading and body font here as well.
