Please help I only want the subscriber footer to show in my homepage and blog posts.
Also how do I make it so that if someone has already subscribed for it to no longer show up?

You can try to use these custom css codes;

.footer-subscribe { display: none; }
.home .footer-subscribe, .single-post .footer-subscribe { display: block; }

Go to mailchimp for wp > forms > form behaviour > Hide form after a successful sign-up
