Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with my website when accessing it from desktop browsers. The page doesn’t scroll properly and seems to freeze or get stuck while trying to navigate down or up.

This problem does not appear to affect mobile browsers, only desktop versions. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,

In the Customizer, under General > Layout, there is a “Smooth Scroll” setting. Please try disabling it.
