Unsure how to describe, the elementor pages look perfect in editing, but are displaying complete strange on the actual website – this wasn’t a problem at all before, i just happened to check in on the site after a bit of a while and noticed everything was wonky!

Unsure how to solve – would be super grateful for helP!

Hi,
You have a couple of third party plugins. Could you deactivate them and try it again? If the problem is gone then activate them one by one and you can realize which one is conflicting with the theme.

Are you serious?

Do you not know what the unRovr theme is supposed to look like?

Did you even click through the navigation?

Did you even read my initial post? I’ll quote it for you:

Do you need pictures? It’s extremely obvious the difference between how pages display in the unRovr demo vs how they are displaying on my website without formatting.

Why would the plugins be a problem now, when I’ve had the same ones on for so long. Again did you even read the initial post? I looked at my website after a month not seeing it and all the formatting is gone when it was perfect before.

Please investigate. I subscribed to Envato Elements and used this theme before, I specifically purchased through ThemeForest for support – this is not satisfactory support.

Hi, I did not give an answer that would require you to be so mad.
Of course, before I reply to you, I checked your pages one by one (Features, media, articles, and contact pages). Backend and frontend were the same. I mean I didn’t see any problem when editing and after saving it. That is why I asked you to describe it to me again. If you want to, I can share the screenshots with you.

I also tested your website with chrome, internet explorer and firefox with the latest versions.
Can you check the website with other devices as well? Also, you can tell me the version of the browser.
