Hi,

I just purshased the “TheBlogger” theme and I am unable to install it successufly.

Problem :
– The parent theme isn’t uploading
– The Child theme worked
– The master file (containing all docs) isn’t
uploading neither.

………………….

Message in WP :

– Broken Themes : The following themes are
installed but incomplete.

– Name : TheBlogger Child

– Description : The parent theme is missing.
Please install the “theblogger” parent theme.

………………….

Error message when uploading the file :

– The link you followed has expired. PLease try
again

Hi,
Could you please download a fresh copy of the theme from your themeforest account and try it again?
Please be sure that you are uploading theblogger.zip file ?
Extract the theblogger-package and you should upload that file.

Just did after reading your message and it ain’t working still.

Message encountered error :

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css
stylesheet.

Hi, did you extract theblogger-package, right? You should not extract theblogger.zip file.
You can try to deactivate the third party plugins and try it again. If you still have an issue, send me your wp admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well.
