The documentation of WP-Read says this:

Permalink Settings: Post name option should be selected to work the theme properly.

My question is why? Since this is not my current settings and as far as I know the theme works great with my current option set to Date & Post title, which looks like /yyyy/mm/dd/post-name

What is supposed to not work properly?
