Photo Wall landing page empty

    Hi, I recently bought the Photographer theme having some issues:
    I have installed the theme (both Photographer and Photographer Child) and activated the child theme.
    Then I installed recommended plugins.
    I did not import demo data.
    I uploaded some media and run Regenerate Thumbnails.
    I created a page and added “[photo_wall animation=”random” interval=”1600″ max_step=”3″]”.
    The page is still blank …
    could you please help?
