Hi,

I’ve been struggling with this theme for quite some time now and am quite unhappy with the extremely minimal documentation.

I am trying to replicate the standard photowall of the demo, where there is a dark shadow (opacity 0.6) and the intro text on top of it. I cannot find anywhere how I can do this myself. I’d like to replicate it, so any info on this?

Hi,
Photowall color opacity and text overlay come automatically.
Create a custom homepage. Click to add media button, then click to create a gallery button, upload your image then use the intro shortcode; so it will look like this

Hi. I am a photographer.
I capture [rotate_words titles=”life.,moments.,happiness.,emotions.,action.,impression.,beauty.”][/intro]

When you done this, your color opacity and text overlay will display on the homepage.

Thanks, but this way the animations don’t work for me, eventhough they are turned on in the theme options. They only work when I use the shortcode for the photowall, where it pulls it from the portfolio. But if I use that, I dont get the overlay. So right now it seems like I gotta choose between the two.
