Hello, I bought the theme in May 2019, but only now I bought my domain to install it. I just ran the entire process of installing one of the Demo I chose to create my site, but at the time of downloading it, I had an error because the three paid plugins that came with the package were not installed. Reason: I didn’t find them in WordPress search and I don’t know how to access my license for use either. As such, I request urgent help to resolve this issue so that I can develop my site after the layout is complete and appropriate. Below is the name of the plugins:

    LearnPress powered
    JetElements
    JetPopup

    Serkan,

Our site is depending on these plugins to be published.

We need them before our support runs out.

When can you resolve this issue?

I already sent in the previous messages the login and password you requested.?

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, i will solve your issue before the support date finish.
I installed the related plugins. I recommend you to install and run regenerate plugin once.
I checked your source code and you are having a mixed content issue.

    Serkan,

I ran the regenerate plugin as requested.
However, the following message came up:

    Errors found
    Attachment ID ignored 258:
There was a critical error on your site.

Regarding the mixed content problem, I found mixed content in the source code.
At the link that you gave me, there is a topic on how to fix mixed content.
Perform step 1 mentioned here (https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/security/prevent-mixed-content/fixing-mixed-content#etapa_1) . As I understand it is all right. Test as URLs in http: // and https: // standards and the features were the same.

Is there another test to perform?
