    Support,

From the external website visitors view, the Plus Icons On Homepage Are Severely Enlarged. They are throwing that section off and throwing the site off, as well.

However, from the dashboard view they look normal size. What could be the problem and how do I fix them?

    Thanks,

    Issues:

    (1) Plus Icons severely enlarged when externally viewing website, but shows normal size from dashboard view. This is distorting the rest of the homepage below this section.

    (2) The slider in the About US section is out of alignment. It should be side-by-side with the Our Story section.

    (3) Please show/tell me how to add anchor links on the Navigation Menu that points to these specific sections of the homepage.

The access information is provided below in the Private Content section.

    Thanks,

    Wendy

    Hello Serrano,

    Did you forget about me?

    (2) The slider in the About US section is completely missing now. It should appear side-by-side with the Our Story section just like the template had it

    (3) Please show/tell me how to add anchor links on the Navigation Menu that points to these specific sections of the homepage.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
I deactivated your cache plugins and your two issues have been solved.
You can activate them one by one and realize which one is causing the issue.
    3) Create an anchor link in the WordPress menu. Go to Appearance → Menus and pick a menu where you want to add the anchor link to. Click on Custom Links. …
Add the menu item to the menu. You now have an anchor link by using the Custom Links tool in the Menu section of WordPress
    Thanks
