Dear support team,

I bought your theme yesterday and so far it’s working fine. I have only two problems:

1. when I go to the portfolio page and want to open a post, only a white page follows. As soon as I manually delete “/#/” from the URL, the page loads. What is the reason for this? Can you fix that?

2. my first name on the homepage is probably too long, depending on the device, so that the last letter slips into the next line. Where can I change the font size of the homepage? In the “General” area, the heading does not respond.

I was able to fix the second problem by my own, but I am still clueless about my first problem.

Hi, Elementor plugin requiring extra javascript, that is why you should not use elementor plugin with the theme. Go to the plugin folder and deactivate elementor plugin. Unfortunately elements requiring extra javascript will not work with the ajax fetched posts, you can disable ajax for portfolio posts from “Customizer > General > Ajax : No”. Then you can use elementor plugin if you need too.
