Really love your theme and want to launch my website. Only in Elementor the images of the portfolio show correctly (e.g. https://dev.offyce.nl/portfolio/glasnost/) but not when you visit the portfolio items. Can you fix this?

Hi, that’s awkward, maybe the photos have been deleted from your gallery after you used them on Elementor. You can check if uploading/reselecting the photos in Elementor fixes the issue.

I’ve done this already for the second time now, so I don’t know what the problem is. The problems are not that the images are deleted. Do you perhaps have another idea so that the images do not disappear a second time?

I’m afraid this is something with your theme because it is in your portfolio section. Please fix it, I thought you had good support. Here you can see the porfolio item when just viewing and then in the editor:

Hi, we totally understand your concern. But it is not possible for us to interfere with elementor codes. Elementor support team can quickly identify the problem. We could not find a theme-related error. That’s why our developer asked you to contact elementor. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for the reply. I did what you said and even have to purchase Elementor Pro to get support from them. They claim this:

“Hello, My name is Enmanuel, and I am the T2 agent that will be helping you today.
I see you are facing an issue where your images dont show, this seems to be a conflict with the plugin: Pixelwars Core

It seems, its not reading the image url, however if click on the background and select the same image and save, it fixes the issue.

Alternatively you can reach out to the developers of to see if there is a setting that you need to change to make the images load in without you having to reselect them.”

So here I am again. I’ve tried to set the images again in the background, but after a while, they disappear again. Please fix this because they told me that your plug-in is the problem.
