Hi,
I’m think I have set up correctly but not sure.

my problem is the portfolio post doesn’t show up in any of the department. I notice the link to my post keep saying portfolio instead of department. Please help!!!

I’m sorry that I wasn’t being clear earlier.

Let me tell u what I did:

First, I have created a “web design” department as parent and “Web banner” department as a child under the Portfolio section in wp. However, the thumb image doesn’t show up under the web banner. Is this this normal?

– Create a new page and select Portfolio template for it from Page Attributes box,

– Add this page to your custom navigation menu,

– Add portfolio items with featured image and select a department for it while editing screen,

– Visit your portfolio page by clicking from menu,

– Your portfolio items will show up in the page with departments as filters.
