Hey Support team,

i cannot get the departments visible on my website.

I have done the following:

I made a department with the name Travel
I made 2 sub departments, Europe and Asia
I made a portfolio London and connect it to department Europe. And i made 2 portfolio’s (china and indonesia) and connect these tot Asia.
I added galleries to each portfolio
I put the department Travel in the menu
Now i cannot see any Pictures like on your demo website. (Outdoor, Portraits, People)

What am I missing?

Hi Ryoji24,
Could you check your menu structure as well. There are lots of things you can miss. Have you read the all documentation carrefully?
Did you chose the type of gallery on creating portfolio.
Have you deactivated all your plugin and tried it again?

All plugins are deactivated.
I choose the type photo gallery and photo gallery 2
I have read the full documentation and couldn’t figure it out.

Hi,
You haven’t add any featured image to your portfolio pages. I just add an example image to them. And also i created a page which named portfolio.
And you asked me a question about button. Don’t put them in a row shortcode. And i added a custom css for you. You can see it in the custom css area.

Dear Support team (Serkan),

Last time you helpt me with the gallery.
Everything works like i asked. But i have another question.

If you see http://mudfoto.com/department/traveling/
You can see the department europe
And if you click on that you see the portfolio europe

This is one step to much, how can i take out 1 step?

But i also want to keep the department Asia with 2 portfolio in it.

Can you help me? The login is in the contact form.

You can use this custom css code for hiding the prev and next button in a portfolio album;

.gallery-single .nav-single { display: none; }
