    Hi,
    what is the short code in order to have this type of portfolio on my website ?

    http://themes.pixelwars.org/photographer/portfolio/

    (There is an effect on the pictur when the mouse is on one of theses pictur and an other effect with the text elements.)

    There is not any shortcode. It is default feature. Please read the department section in the documentation.
