I have read all the posts about recipe duplication and posts etc.
I wanted to know if I choose not to use the current “RECIPE” plugin and rather another recipe plugin like WP Recipes how would I be able to create an archive for this?
Would it affect the way the theme works? For example the widgets on the right hand side would they still be able to do the trending posts and categories?
I want to have a menu that has desserts/drinks/soups/mains/salads etc and then it takes me to a page with all my dessert posts. Is this possible?
As it now stands with my imported site, there are no recipes as all my previous content was imported.
Hi,
We haven’t tested the theme with other recipe plugin. You can try to use it. If you have and issue related to third party plugins, you should ask plugin author. Sidebar is not related with recipe plugin.
You can go to appearance > menus > drag and drop categories to the menus. Yes you will be able to have the archive pages.
Thanks
