Hi,
I have trying to use the one click import, to import of the demos included in the theme to my site since yesterday with no luck. I even paid a dev friend for help and he tried installing it on his server (to check if it was a problem with my hosting) and it crashed his server.
I have included website info in private content. Help is appreciated thanks.
Hi,
Which demo content you want to achieve it?
This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini file or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.
Just be sure that you increased the upload limit at least to 128mb.
Please keep me updated.
ThanksHi Serkan,
Jay Gattuso demo
Post_max_size is 128mb
upload_max_filesize is 128mb as wellLike I mentioned, a dev friend tried it on his agency-level server and it didnt work either – with plugins, without, trying child and parent theme.
Efor theme ver 7.1.8
Here is the console error I get when importing:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENTPlease help!! thanks
Bumping this today.
Hi, we have tested importing the demo data and it works just fine on hosting with enough resources available. You may consider switching to a hosting package with more resources available. We recommend a2hosting;
https://www.a2hosting.com/wordpress-hosting
Pease note that increasing the hosting limits doesn’t guarantee you will get those resources all the time, you may get lower resources allocated for your site depending on the traffic on shared hosts.
I would recommend you to contact the hosting company and get help. Also, this topic might be useful for you.

We already paid hosting for a while, that’s not an option and we have increased all the required sizes to the recommended values. I use this hosting for all projects and have never had a problem before even on the most basic plans.
Here is the error log:
http://sebastianchinkovsky.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/log_file_2021-07-13__13-44-13.txtmax_execution_time. 120
max_file_uploads 20
memory_limit 256M
upload_max_filesize 128M
post_max_size 128MThis is very frustrating. Why is the error now related to some png file?
Can you check it out please? I had included website access in the first post.
