Hi, I am having an issue while installing JetElements as it says, “A higher version of Jet Elements – Addon for Elementor Page Builder is Needed for the theme. Please update the plugin.”

Would it be possible for you to log in with a guest user profile to fix it?

Hi, just fixed this issue for you!

I installed “WP File Manager” plugin and then navigated to “wp-content/plugins” folder and deleted “jet-elements” folder in this folder, and then successfully installed the Jet Elements plugin.
