    Hi I purchased your theme and tried to register on your support site without success so I’m asking here. I installed the theme and imported the demo content but I can’t seem to get the home page to be like the one you have here: http://themes.pixelwars.org/photographer/home-landing-slideshow/ Tried a bunch of things and I can’t figure out what’s wrong, would appreciate some help. This is the corresponding page on my site: http://morethanlight.co.il/home-landing-slideshow/

    Hi,
    Create a homepage and choose homepage landing with slideshow template under the page attribute on the right-hand side. Then click to add media button > create a gallery and choose your images and insert into post. Then you can use intro shortcode. So it will look like this;

    [gallery ids="1489,1508,1503,1490,1488"]
    [intro]

    You’re welcome, please don’t forget to rate the theme on themeforest if you liked it, thanks.

    Hi,

    I experience the same issue. When I installed the theme it worked fine. But today all the images are on the page.

    Please check out http://www.frankwin.com

    I tried the above solution, no succes.

    Maybe this happened after i use the regenerate thumbnails.

    Please give me some guideline.

    Hi,
    I am getting this messafe from your related url.

    Hi Serkan,

    I have switched off the third-party plugins one by one. I found out that the option “Render all WordPress Galleries using Envira?” on Envira gallery caused the problem. Just unchecked the box and problem solved.

    I am a little bid concerned about the message you get on your screen. I have tried multiple platforms and different systems but I am not able to generate this message. Can you please check and if it still exist send me a screen shot?

    Thanks again for helping me out.

    Hi, I just tested your website. I did not see the same warning message this time. Some plugins you install later may contain hidden encodings that may create a security hole. So do not install the plugin if you are not sure of the authenticity of the source.
    Thanks
