Hi!

I have a problem with the Contact form. When you press the botton send it looks like de mail has not been sent. It shoot be green, but it turns out red. However I receive the email that has been written perfectly. What can I do to fix this problem?

I have disabled the plugins but it didn’t help to solve the problem.

I also have an other problem.
I have installed the theme update 2.1. But when I want to see my portfolio, I have to click twice on de picture. For example, when I want to see my portfolio of familie, I click on Familie and then I have to click again on the picture to see the whole portfolio. Is there an solution that I have to click once on the main picture as it was before??

Go to Portfolio —> Departments… and set each Parent of your Departments to NONE.
Go to Portfolio and edit one.
On the right panel, there is a Department tab..just check the Department (which does not have a parent..Do not check the sub-department (which has a parent).

For your information. Problem with portfolio occurred after update to V2.1.

Problem 1. In portfolio you have to press twice the main subject photo tp see the right portfolio

Problem 2: When you press the SEND button it looks like de mail has not been sent. It shoot be green, but it turns out red. However I receive the email that has been written perfectly. What can I do to fix this problem? My customers sometimes press 5 times on the SEND button because they think the email is not sent

Hi, the theme uses the constant ABSPATH of the WordPress in its send-mail.php file. I checked the file in your site and the server says, “undefined constant ABSPATH”. So it is a WordPress related issue.

That constant must be defined in the wp-config.php file of your WordPress installation. You can check it manually or contact your host about it.

At the end of the wp-config.php file:

/** Absolute path to the WordPress directory. */
if ( !defined('ABSPATH') )
	define('ABSPATH', dirname(__FILE__) . '/');

/** Sets up WordPress vars and included files. */
require_once(ABSPATH . 'wp-settings.php');

Checked wp-config.php file and it’s the same as your example. PLease advise what I need to change.

I will make some improvements on contact form in a few weeks. So you can use Contact Form 7 plugin alternatively at this time.
