I have a problem importing theme, so i import it but it only shows: “Hello World”,
not showing the theme

What pluggins?, i install envato, and elementor

Hi,
I mean our default plugins.
Go to Appearance > Install Theme Plugins page. Install and activate recomended plugins one by one.
Go to Appearance > Import Theme Demos page, and import a demo.

first i uploaded the main theme (the folder with the wordpress name on it) and then i uploaded child theme. but i’m trying to customize the parent one.

additionally, i’m not able to use elementor pro. i checked your answers from other answered questions, php values are as you specified https://ibb.co/fryvzkz

If you make a backup of all the information you need, I can reset the demo content and install it for you. That way we can see where you made a mistake.

but i’m not able to use header/footer due to free version of Elementor. how can i use the pro version? as i remember, theme was including the pro plugin.

You can get your pro license in this topic;

But you can also customize your footer area via go to appearance > widgets > footer widget area.
Also if you go to dashboard > appearance > customize > you will able to customize the header and footer here.
