    Hello,

I bought Efor pack that came with tutor lms pro license I have few problems with this plugin so hopefully some issues might be resolved here.

After todays update of tutor to 2.2.4 version I got huge bug in my course. I tried to contact tutor support but they don’t respond if I didn’t buy tutor directly from them but from here instead.

All I need is tutor pro plugin in 2.2.3 version so I can downgrade this 2.2.4 version that is causing my site to collapse. Any chance you can send me zip file with 2.2.3 version of tutor lms pro plugin?

Also I learned that certificate builder is part of my tutor pro license, but since I can’t download it directly from themeum site. Is it impossible to install this plugin?

Could you please send me tutor certificate builder plugin?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Currently Efor theme has Tutor Pro v2.2.3 and Tutor Certificate Builder v1.0.4. So, you can install them directly from your admin panel by using the theme’s built-in plugin installer.

Firstly, deactivate and delete Tutor Pro plugin from your Plugins page, then install Tutor plugins from Appearance > Install Theme Plugins page.

    Thanks

Ok great respond thanks a lot.

But I got two important follow up questions.

    1. If I do as you said and delete current tutor pro and then install file from you pack, will I still have same pro license key, or will it ask me to provide another?

    2. Will I lose any of my course data while doing so?

Don’t worry about both licence key and course data. Just delete plugins and reinstall them. Your pro license key is related to your website address and all courses are in your database. Those operations are not affecting the database.

    Thanks

Thanks for all your help and good work. 5/5 stars in my review!

I rolled back to 2.2.3 and it works well. Did other users also experience complete video malfunction after this update? Not sure if I should stay with 2.2.3. for good, or keep trying to update in future.

Thanks for help and have a great day!
