Hi there,

I’m trying to get the slider in my homepage, without showing them on any other pages. I understand that I can put the slider widget in one of the featured areas and then select this features area in the homepage.

The issue with this is that the slider shows up as first in my homepage. I don’t want this to happen.

I’ve tried to put the slider widget in the Instagram footer. This does work, but it will show the slider on every single page and that’s not quite the desired outcome.

So my question is, can I get the slider to show up on my homepage (so that it only shows on the homepage and nowhere else) without showing the slider as the first thing when people come on my blog. Ideally I start with a picture > slider with recent blog posts > subscription email section (I will use the footer subscription for this)

Hi,
Would you like to create a custom homepage or you want to use the blog page as homepage?
If you would like to create a custom page then drag and drop your slider widget to the page featured area.
Then edit your pages and on the right-hand side of the pages, you can see the featured area section. Just choose the featured area for your homepage and turn off for rest of your other pages.

Yes I want it as a custom homepage. I’ve tried what you described, but then the featured area is above everything else.

What I want is to have a picture with an integrated button in the picture. When you scroll down I want there to have the slider widget, followed by an subscription area.

So what I want is to put the slider widget between a picture and another widget. Is this possible?

If you need some visuals for this, I just changed my website to display this for you. There is a picture below the slider and I want to have that picture above the slider.

FYI: I’m going to make the picture image bigger. The picture image is now uploaded as image in the text but even if I use the “featured image” section, it shows up below the slider.

Hi, you can achieve this layout by simply dragging the Intro widget before your Slider widget.
