    How do you remove the <time class=”date updated” datetime=”2017-09-19” data-pubdate>Sep 19, 2017</time> Name from every page? (Date and Author)

    It only shows when I activate this theme, and is not on the pages of my other theme.

    Thanks

    Hi,
    Please go to appearance > customize > meta > blog meta > date (hidden)
    Appearance > customize > meta > single blog meta > date (hidden) and save it.
    Thanks

    I can, however, I currently have another theme active as this theme is not displaying correctly.
    How can I show you and get this fixed?

    Thanks

    Hi,
    You can send me your wp admin details via our contact form and add this topic url as well. So I can change the theme myself and check the issue.
    Thanks

    Hello

    I sent these details through your contact form a few days ago and have heard nothing – your support is quite slow – can I have this resolved please – I want to be able to use this theme, but I can’t with this problem.

    Thanks

    Hi, There are 30 active plugins. That error does not originate from us. It comes from any plug-in you have installed. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to test all of them individually. So I added custom css code as a solution.

    .none .date, .none .author { display: none; }

    Sorry for the delay and that for your patience.
