You can change the color codes and use these custom css codes;

ul.learn-press-courses .course .course-info .course-price .price, .course-meta-field:not(.course-student-number):not(.course-lesson-number):first-child { 
background: #3dad7c; color: #fff; }

ul.learn-press-courses .course .course-title, .course-entry .course-title { background: #fff; }
