Hi,
Your image url is broken so I didn’t check it yet.
Please edit your homepage and choose latest post on the right-hand side under the page attribute and save it.
And go to plugins and be sure that the blogger shortcode plugin is activated.

You can use this custom css code;

.home .site-main {  padding-top: 0; }

If this is not enough for you then you can add this custom css code as well.

.home .intro { padding-bottom: 10px; }
