On the blog layout, how do you get rid of the label blog that shows up under the slider. It doesnt show in the demo.

Also, how do you get the subscriber email list and bio pic on the side bar of the main blog layout like it is on the demo.

Could you share your related url, please?
If you choose the blog page as a blog template under the reading settings, blog title should be invisible.
You need to install and activate mailchimp for wp plugins and then go to appearance > widgets and drag and drop the mailchimp sign up form widget and text widget for the bio.
