Hi,

I purchased Renovatio theme and it is not working.
I installed the theme successfully.
When I tried to “Import Theme Demo” under Appearance section of WP, it gave me error “Import Failed. There was problem importing your content. Error 524”

Kindly help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Issue was resolved using manual Import Theme Demo

However I cannot edit the Projects post through elementor. When I edit using normal WordPress editor then all the formatting is disturbed.

The theme is not enabled to edit the Project posts through Elementor. Kindly help.

You can customise the project page via the customiser.
Go to appearance > customize > portfolio > you can customize it here.

i purchasede renovatio theme and i selected home 4 pages ,hompege first slide image now showing diffeerent not same before purchasing , i need to same befoere, can you check and please fix that issue , home page 4 slide image banne now small and shape changed i want thath slide full banner

I’ve just checked your website and the homepage slider is now displaying correctly — it seems the issue has been resolved. 👍

Sometimes these kinds of problems can happen due to caching or third-party plugins (such as cache/optimization plugins) rather than the theme itself.

👉 If you notice this again in the future, I recommend temporarily deactivating non-theme plugins, clearing your cache, and then checking the site. This usually fixes such display issues.
