Responsive Page?

    The website is of course Responsive, which is at:
    khalidaldakheel.com/home/

    But not my main index-page which has an intro that I created (images appear very small on mobiles):
    khalidaldakheel.com/

    Can you please guide me to a way or tool to make it responsive? Thank you!
