Just starting on a new blog using README. Following the Installation instructions, I uploaded the .xml file in the package (in the ALL folder).

Is this file essential to the operation of the template? Or is it simply populating the formats so we can see what it will look/read/scroll like?

If the latter (not essential to the operation) I think I wish to delete it and work with a blank slate.

What would be the best way to delete SAMPLE DATA from my site?

Thank you for your reply. If I want to remove SAMPLE DATA, what is the quickest/safest way? FTP path? And what should I delete?

Also, another question: How do I add new icons and remove current ones on the Home page and etc. Looking at the code, they seem to be named service icons, but I cannot find them in MEDIA or anywhere.

Delete your sample data via wp admin:

– posts

– pages

– comments
