Hi,
The scroll functionality is not working properly on Chrome and MS Edge, When I scroll, the website is not scrolling smoothly, it is jumping only half a page and a bit shaky. On Firefox, it is working well, and Safari, but not on the rest. 
Please help!

Hi,

In the Customizer, under General > Layout, there is a “Smooth Scroll” setting. Please try disabling it.
