Search Word is Vanished, but still works

    Hello,
    I installed yersterday the Read Theme, and managed to get the Search on Menu, but today the Word Search is missing, but the search itself works.
    Could you please guide me how to fix this issue?

    I needed to reinstall the website, and I know this is a stupid Question, but how can I put again the Search into the Menu, because I forgot.
