Hello!

1. Is it possible to specify related posts section by tags, not by category? Also is it possible to show random posts by tags in “related” sections instead of last posts?

2. Is it possible to completely disable all fading effects on images when you hovering a cursor over it?

3. Is it possible to move down names of related posts? I want them not to overlay related posts pictures, but to be placed under pictures.

4. Is it possible to disable galleries appearing effect on scrolling?

1) They are not possible by default.
2) You can use this custom css code;

.post-wrap:before, .featured-image > a:first-of-type:before  { background: none; }
