Hello
I have implemented shortcodes in two areas of my site and in both places the widgets that are supposed to be there aren’t displaying on mobile.
I am using a Calendly shortcode here (towards the bottom of the page) https://nickwhite.com.au/coaching/ and a NinjaForm shortcode here https://nickwhite.com.au/contact/
Am I missing something?
Hi,
Have you fixed the issue? I just checked it on mobile and looks okay. You can clear your browser cache as well.
ThanksNo I’ve cleared my data and I still see nothing. My partner tried it too and also can’t see anything. Obviously I wouldn’t want the display of something on the website to be reliant on a user needing to take an action.
Also checked both Safari and Chrome on my mobile and see nothing on either.
Hi,
I will forward this topic to our developer and I will keep you updated.
ThanksHi,
– I have just checked your contact page and I can see the contact form on mobile too.
– I have also checked your coaching page and I can’t see the Calendly widget on desktop at first, if you are you using a plugin for the Calendly shortcode, you may consider reporting this issue to the plugin author as it looks like a plugin related issue.
Have a nice day!
Hey ahmetsali
I received this message from Calendly regarding the widget not showing, are you able to head any light on this please? I’m not using a plugin to add it, just the shortcode component in Elementor.
I took a look at your site, and I can see that the inline widget isn’t loading on desktop or mobile for me.
I noticed that the div is present, but the embed isn’t being loaded inside it because the widget.js script is not present on the page at all.
I understand you should be able to include JavaScript in an Elementor HTML widget, but it looks like it’s being stripped out currently.
Your code looks correct and your HTML tags are closed in the example you gave, but I’d recommend double-checking the code to ensure it’s entered correctly in your site too.
I understand WordPress can strip out JavaScript when the WordPress user doesn’t have permission to insert it too, so this is also worth checking.
Hi, In 3rd party plugin software, we are not authorized to interfere with their source codes. In such problems, the authors of those plugins can produce solutions. If you are having problems with this plugin, I suggest you to check for alternative plugins.
Thanks for your understanding.
