Hello, I’m not sure if this is a theme issue or WordPress or Apple, but I have this site, http://www.belamante.com that is almost done and works well on desktop and android, however, when opened on apple devices, the site will not scroll at all. You can click the menu and click to about, but it will not scroll at all.
Hi,
I just checked your website with safari and chrome in the MacBook Pro and it works very well.
Have you checked your website with other devices?
Thanks
Hi,
I just deactivated the BlueHost plugin and it is working well again in Apple mobile devices.
Could you please contact to BlueHost about the plugin issue?
Thanks
It’s not working well even after the bluehost plugin was deactivated. I was on live with Bluehost all morning and they reset it to the default theme and it was working. So that indicates it is a theme issue (I think.)
Any other help or insight you can offer me would be appreciated. Obviously, can’t have a website that doesn’t work on iPhones.
Also, it seems like it works sometimes on other browsers even on iPhones, but not consistently – and Safari seems to be the biggest issue.
I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it. There is something happening with the home page header and the about page – because I can enter different pages – i.e. http://www.belamante.com/hero – and it will work fine in Safari… But whenever I put it as the home page it refuses to scroll.
This is also happening on the about page as well… So I don’t know.
It’s only on Safari browser in Apple. Firefox on Apple works and it works fine on Android… but not Safari. Any help would be great. Otherwise I have to start the site all over which would be a bummer because I really like the theme. Thanks!
Yes, I ended up switching to a new theme – however – I did finally figure out that it seemed to be an issue only when Elementor Pro was activated within this theme. Perhaps that can help you @marcus2022 and/or the Efor developers?
