Hi!

I have some trouble with the image size in my slideshows, when I place vertically images it goes perfectly fine, but my horizontal images show of very small as you can see here (only left one horizontal one for the show but I tried more): http://stephanieverhart.com/?portfolio=fashion

I already checked the image size and that’s much bigger as it’s showing.

So how do I get my horizontal images as big as my vertically ones?

I’ve used this slider:

Hi, try reducing item size to make the images bigger;

It doesn’t work… I’ve set the vertical side of my images at the same height, but it still shows like this (the horizontal picture way to small while it’s much bigger!)
These are the sizes I’ve set those pictures: 1050 × 700 – 467 × 700 So they both should have the vertical side the sime height.

I have fixed this (well the slider is not fixed) but I’ve set a standard document in photoshop in which I cropped and mixed up all my images to the same size. http://stephanieverhart.com/portfolio/portrait

Hi. i have the same problem. how do I get my horizontal images as big as my vertically ones?
the height of my verticals and of my horizontals are the same, but in the slider they alway become the same width?? so the vertical images have a bigger height.

i can’t crop my vertical images, it would look horrible.
please help.

You can fix it in photoshop. Just make one photoshop document in web format (as big as you like) and put all your images in there and safe them one by one. I did put my vertical images next to each other and the horizontal one by one. I also saved them smaller so my side will load faster.

Hi, sorry the slider works responsively only if you have images in the same aspect ratio, so the only solution is the one that explained by @stephanieverhart .
