Hello. As of yesterday the carousel slider at the top of my page doesn’t show images anymore. It works in the backend but not the front end. I tried deleting it and re making it but that didn’t work. Would like to get some help if possible, I’ve been looking for a few hours now.

Hey, just wondering if you are currently working on the site? Because right now suddenly pictures on the homepage are not there anymore and pages plus recipes are missing

Hello,

I had the same issue and I fixed it by rollback the plugin “Ultimate Post Kit” to version 2.11.
You can use WP Rollback plugin to get any version of any plugin.

I have installed the theme and have the same issue with the homepage slider images not showing at all. Also, all of the styles for font’s blocks are missing as well.

I’ve already upgraded the memory from 256mb to 1024mb but that doesn’t seem to help.

Hi @simba,
If you have any cache plugin, please deactivate it and clear your cache. One of your third party plugin may conflict with the theme.
If the problem is persist, please provide me your wp admin details. via our private content box below.

We had a cache plugin but I deactivated it before the demo import (all of the third-party plugins were deactivated, so we had a clean WP installation)
the problem is not with the import itself – it’s marked as completed, the problem is that it’s completed incorrectly and all of the styles are missing.

I tried to login your admin panel but i am getting this error message ” Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.”
Could you please provide me the correct information?
Btw can i delete everything and install a fresh copy of the theme. (I would also appreciate if you specify which demo content you want.)
