Above is the code I am using. iI feel like I am going insane trying to figure out why it isn’t showing up. Any assistance would be fantastic.

Could you deactivate all your plugin and try it again? And update your theme please.

Deactivated all plugins and tried. Nothing.
Activated all plugins again and tried. Nothing.
Updated theme. Nothing.
