I have set up the footer social icons in the widgets section but some of them are not displaying properly. I tried various icons as a test (which is why some are repeated) using the shortcode below.

You can check the documentation. You need to use google plus and pinterest like this;

Thanks for the reply. Actually the documentation is out of date/incorrect (or rather it links to incorrect information).

The icons section of the documentation provides a link to http://themes.pixelwars.org/photographer/wp-content/themes/photographer-wp/css/fonts/fontello/demo.html which has the incorrect logo names.
