Whenever a student registers through signup page on our website, and clicks on register it loads for a long duration, and then gives Error 503 Server is busy, on backend it creates the account. Similarly when TutorLMS Email Verification setting was on, it also crashed and no email was received. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
Hi,
You actively have 30 plugins. Please deactivate the off-theme plugins you installed later and try again. If the problem persists, try to contact the plugin author.
ThanksI deactivated and reinstalled the TutorLMS Pro Plugin, it now gives me this error – Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Please fix it as soon as possbile
I got Premium key from you guys, was just trying to reinstall things to check if its fix the issue
Can you please share the latest Tutor LMS Pro version
Hi,
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/tutorlms-pro/
Could you please check this topic and get your key again?
ThanksBut where to put the key? It does not let me enable the plugin shows the fatal error
I am getting this error “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error”
I figured out how to activate the plugin, but the Pro plugin is of older version how will I update to the latest version of Pro Plugin
Hi,
Your plugin file should be automatically updated because you have a licence. If the update does not happen outside of it, we can update it regularly in the theme.
ThanksIt shows that I have license, can you please update it
Hi, If the update process for the “Tutor LMS pro” plugin or any other plugin fails, first deactivate and delete the plugin from the Plugins page. Then, reinstall it from the “Install Theme Plugins” page. This will ensure the latest version is installed.
ThanksI am encountering an issue with the student registration page on my website. When students enter their details and attempt to register, the process hangs for 1-2 minutes before returning a 500 Internal Server Error.
Here are some key details:
1. Everything else, including the course view, works perfectly.
2. I have disabled all extra plugins, including LiteSpeed Cache, to rule out conflicts.
3. There is no version mismatch for the Tutor LMS plugin.
4. When I disable Tutor LMS Pro Plugin and keep the standard Tutor LMS Plugin activated, the sign-up form works perfectly fine.
5. Activating the Tutor LMS Pro Plugin causes the issue: the registration page loads for about 2 minutes and then results in a 500 Internal Server Error.
6. I have updated both Tutor LMS and Tutor LMS Pro to their latest versions.
My theme is also updated to its latest version. This is affecting my students, and I would appreciate your prompt assistance.
Hi @ammar,
Step 1: Debug the Error
1. Enable WordPress Debugging:
Add the following lines to your wp-config.php file:define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
After reproducing the issue, check the debug log at wp-content/debug.log. Look for errors specifically related to the Pro plugin or the registration process.
2. Check Server Error Logs:
Access your server logs via your hosting control panel or cPanel to review detailed error messages. The 500 Internal Server Error often provides server-side insights.Step 2: Identify Plugin-Specific Conflicts
Reinstall Tutor LMS Pro Plugin:
Fully delete and reinstall the Pro plugin to ensure no files are corrupted.Test with a Default Theme:
Temporarily switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) to rule out theme-related compatibility issues.Check for PHP Compatibility:
Ensure your server meets the plugin’s PHP version requirements (e.g., PHP 7.4 or later).Disable Specific Pro Features:
If possible, disable certain Pro features (e.g., advanced analytics, WooCommerce integration, or certificates) to isolate the problematic component.Step 3: Optimize Server Settings
https://www.pixelwars.org/forums/topic/system-requirements-for-wordpress-themes/Step 4: Temporary Workaround
If immediate resolution is critical:Keep Only the Standard Plugin Activated:
Temporarily disable the Pro plugin and inform your students that registration is functioning without some Pro features.
Use a Custom Registration Form:
Replace the Tutor LMS Pro registration form with a basic WordPress registration form or another plugin like WPForms until the issue is resolved. Thanks
I have tried every step, I have shared you the login details, please look into it yourself too, I cant figure out – its been two weeks! Please help me out
I have restored back to the old site two weeks back, but now it still the same thing!
