Is there a way to have sub menus appear on the left under a certain parent menu?

right now the site only consists of parent links. Would like to have a few of those links show sub-menus on hover. Not sure how this would work on mobile.

Not sure if this is already built into the design or not.

Hi, The menu is located in a very narrow area. If you add the submenu, it will show under the parent menu and scroll will appear in the menu area. This menu can expand and may not appear very nice.
