I have not worked on my site at all in the last several weeks and the last time I worked on it, it was fine. But now there are four significant issues suddenly appearing on the homepage screen:

1. My photo and the “HI I’m Nicole” box were set to move in from the left and right of the screen. They appear when I’m in Elementor but don’t appear on a regular view. It is just a huge empty space.

2. The Steps section towards the bottom used to have a black line that would go from 1 to 2 to 3 and to 4, as you scroll down. Now it doesn’t do anything. And while I’m in Elementor it appears that Step 1 is duplicated.

3. There is a “schedule a call” box to the right of the “Ready to Get to it” box at the bottom of the page. It is visible in Elementor but not in regular view.

4. The percentage ticker at bottom of homepage is stuck at 1%.

I just deactivate third party plugins. Could you please check out your website again?

Thank you so much – that appears to have fixed all of the issues!

Can you confirm for me which third party plugins you deactivated? I only see a few in there: Akismet Anti-Spam, Embed Calendly Scheduling, Pixelwars Core Shortcodes (your plugin, I’m assuming?) and Tutor LMS and WooCommerce (both installed by theme and not activated yet by me)… so I’m wondering if it was Akismet (wasn’t previously enabled) or Embed Calendly Scheduling?

Hi,
I deactivated all of them together. You don’t need them now. Tutor LMS is an alternative plugin for the Learnpress plugin. Core shortcodes is an optional plugin as you can see. I don’t think Akismet is doing it. It might be the calendly scheduling plugins. You can activate them one by one and realize which one is causing the problem.
