First I would like to deactivate some nutrition fields, like “natrium” “kalium” “magnesium” and “selenium”. I could not find any tips or documentation of the plugin.
Second Iam interested to translate the plugin to German. But found no contact to the developer.

Hi,
You can use this custom css code;

dl.cooked-nut-bottom { display: none; }

Also, you can run loco translate plugin and choose cooked plugin so you will able to translate it.
The plugin author does not respond to all support requests. So I will help you as much as possible.

Because the other fields like Natrium and so, has all the same tag, deactivation is not possible. Any Idea?

It is a pro version feature. You can not use it with the free version of the plugin.
