I have a question regarding my item’s support period. My purchase date shows as “2025-10-31 00:10:37 UTC,” but ThemeForest indicates that I only have 5 months of support remaining.

Could you please help me understand why the support period does not match the purchase date?

Hi, Themeforest rounds down the support period; your support period is officially valid until 2 May 2026 which is 6 months after your purchase date.
