Before asking a question; please make sure you have fully read the documentation which comes with the downloaded package, have searched the forum thoroughly and read the FAQ sticky posts.
Support Scope
We will provide support for installing and using theme and bug fixes. We don’t guarantee to provide support for installing and using WordPress itself, 3rd party plugins and modifications, but we will try to help about this topics as we are available.
Response Time
We will try to answer all queries in usually 48h (2 business days), but it is not guaranteed, in some special circumstances it might take up to a week.
