Hi,

I want to use tabs inside portfolio items. It works when I test the preview of the portfolio item. But when I access the portfolio item via the Homepageblock “portfolio” the tabs are there, but I cannot switch between the tabs. What Do I have to do?

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately the shortcode is not my problem.
I set the “Ajax functionality of portfolio-items” to “yes”.
I create a portfolio item, using tab/toggle shortcodes.
I look at the portfolio item directly – everything is fine and works.
Then I access the portfolio item via the homepage block “portfolio”. Everything is there, but it is immpossible to switch the tabs/toggles.

When I turn of Ajax funktionality for portfolio items it works, but the single view of the portfolio is of course a standard page with header and everything.

Furthermore have I been reading the documentation:
“Drag and drop the “uCard: Portfolio” widget to “uCard Template Pages” ” is impossible – under Appereance-Widgets there is no uCard: Portfolio Widget, and also no uCard Template Pages widget area.
The uCard Portfolio Plugin is acitvated and working. What could be wrong?

Hi, on which platform are you testing? I clicked on the portfolio from the homepage as you said and I saw that it works fine. Have you tried checking your related URL from other devices?

I am normally testing with firefox (most recent version) – I just tried it with chrome: here it works fine indeed. So it seems to be a problem with firefox. Do you have any help what to do?

It is a really awkward issue. Just controlled the ajax codes and everything looks okay. I will forward this issue to our developer for run detailed test on the tab issue.

thanks for your help. It seems to be a bigger issue: I don’t know, if it is related, but I also discovered problems with toggles and accordions. I used them on some pages (like about me etc. – not in the portfolio items), and when accessed via the homepage blocks they sometimes work, sometimes instantly close again, when you click them. Especially when you switch between pages. Again this seems to be a problem with firefox, so I think it might be related.

Hi,

the links I sent are sometimes working, sometimes not. It’s mostly when switching 2 or 3 times between “biographie” and “mediathek”, then suddenly the toggles close immediately after clicking on them.
Looking forward for the patch – this little problem aside, it is an awesome theme with a truely special layout!!
