I am trying to place target blank option for the cubes in the homepage ( the 4 services cubes or about me …) And the target blank option is not working it still makes it open in the same window

The other question is how do you keept the thumnail picture static (not only on hover) knstead of the date for the latest articles ?

The logo is already next to hamburger menu icon.

.header-small .site-header .site-title { left: 26px; }

This custom css code is related to the position of the logo.
Also, could you point me out where did you added the HTML code exactly. I will check the source code of your website.
