When you remove the items from the menu you sould click to save button. If you have cache plugin please clear the cache and try it again?

but in the structure of wordpress in appearance / menu, I have only

Portafolio. Acerca de mi. Contacto.

Please go to appearance > menus > menu settings > display location > activate Theme Navigation Menu and save it.
